CARNEGIE CATERING WILL:
Help you select a dinner menu.
Provide a discounted per person rate.
Provide a Customer Tracking Form and a Customizable Flyer on our website.
Deliver, set-up, and replenish the buffet during the dinner.
FOR EXAMPLE
Carnegie Catering charges ABC High School $9.00 per person for dinner. The high school then sells 250 tickets to dinner for $12.00 per person. The school retains $3.00 per person, raising $750.00 in one evening. | YOUR ORGANIZATION WILL:
Determine a date and location (yours or ours) to hold a fundraising event.
Contact Carnegie Catering at (315) 451-1803 to reserve the date.
Set the price for the dinner.
Promote the fundraising dinner among your members.
Finalize the final head count five (5) days prior to the event and call (315) 451-1803.
Keep the difference between the price of the dinner and the cost.
